The old Miners Bridge was destroyed and washed away along with trees in February 2020 during Storm Ciara, Work started on the new replacement on the 15th November 2021 opening Just this week with a new access path and steps down to the Llugwy. Betws Y Coed Miners Bridge Walk. 2 miles (3 km) This walk takes you along the river Llugwy to the old Miner's Bridge in Betws-y-coed, Snowdonia. It's about a one mile walk from the village to the bridge, passing along a lovely riverside footpath. On the way there's the rushing river and lots of wildlife to look out for.

Miners Bridge is located west of Betws-y-Coed on the Afon Llugwy. There are numerous small pools along the river between here and Betwys-y-Coed which are quite popular in hot weather, but not really worth making an effort to visit.
